Agreements and Conventions

Agreement between the IL CLLD-Management "HEurOpen" and the EGTC "Euregio Senza Confini" to develop, strengthen and implement cooperation within the 2021-2027 programming period.

The agreement was signed by the Directors of the LAGs of the HEurOpen area, i.e. the LAG Euroleader, LAG Open Leader and the LAG Region Hermagor, and the Director of the EGTC Euregio Senza Confini in Tolmezzo on 12.07.2023.

Cooperation agreement signed between the founding members of the EGTC Euregio Senza Confini r. i.e., the Land Carinthia, the Autonomous Region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the Veneto Region, the LAG Euroleader, the LAG Open Leader, the LAG Region Hermagor, the LAG Alto Bellunese and the LAG Prealpi Dolomiti in order to foster cooperation between the EGTC the LAGs belonging to the "HEurOpen" strategy and the LAGs belonging to the "Dolomiti Live" strategy in the framework of the cross-border cooperation "Community-Lead Local Development" (CLLD) for the European Programming period 2021-2027.

Agreement signed on 15.06.2023 in Hermagor (Austria).

Convention stipulated with the CCIAA (Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Handicrafts of Bolzano ) for the collaboration within the project SCET NET Senza Confini Education and Training Network - ITAT 3019 financed by the cross-border cooperation programme Interreg V A Italy - Austria 2014- 2020 on 12.02.2020

Framework Convention stipulated between the EGTC Euregio Senza Confini and the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Udine.

Accordo in materia di attività produttive tra il GECT "Euregio Senza Confini r.l." e il sistema camerale transfrontaliero di Carinzia, Friuli Venezia Giulia e Veneto, siglato tra i membri del GECT Euregio Senza Confini e il sistema camerale transfrontaliero composto da: Unioncamere Veneto, la Camera di Commercio Venezia Giulia, la Camera di Commercio di Pordenone e Udine e la Camera dell'Economia della Carinzia. Firmato a Klagenfurt il 26 novembre 2018.

Acccordo in materia di protezione civile nell'ambito del GECT/EVTZ "Euregio Senza Confini r.l. / Euregio Ohne Grenzen mbH" tra il Land Carinzia, la Regione Autonoma Friuli-Venezia Giulia e la Regione del Veneto. Firmato a Trieste il 22 dicembre 2014.
