5th Steering Committee Meeting of the Project - ADRIPASS

The project partners finalized the “Transnational Strategy for the Improvement of Multimodal Transport and Accessibility in the ADRION Region” and agreed on the involvement of associated partners in signing the letter of support (replacing the Memorandum of Understanding).

The Central European Initiative (CEI) – Executive Secretariat, lead partner of the ADRIPASS project, presented some changes concerning the deliverable “High-level Stakeholder Meeting”, which will be replaced by a round table to be held during the virtual Final Conference.

The EGTC Euregio Senza Confini, project partner responsible for communication activities, presented the progress of planned actions and gave an overview of upcoming final results. In addition to the scheduled and completed communication activities, the EGTC also introduced to project partners a range of further dissemination actions to be promoted via social media before the final conference, in order to better showcase ADRIPASS results and reach a wider audience. These new actions include a series of promotional videos produced with the support of the five selected ports involved in the pilot actions, and a set of video interviews with stakeholders mainly focusing on the results and benefits achieved thanks to ADRIPASS.

The Lead Partner – CEI – also presented the final conference agenda and outlined the state of play of the project’s general management. Participants once again stressed the importance of inviting relevant institutions to the final conference, which will take place on 2 December in fully digital format.

The last Steering Committee meeting of the ADRIPASS project concluded with the closing remarks from the Lead Partner CEI, thanking the project partners for the excellent results achieved and the high-quality cooperation demonstrated during the past three years.
