Healthnet
The HEALTHNET project (Care pathways and integrated sociomedical care at home through the support of ICT solutions), aims to define innovative models of actions in the sociomedical field, through a series of activities of comparative analisis, training and technological testing, for the definition of organisational joint policies in the crossborder area in relation to sociomedical care at home for the wellbeing of residents.
The three Regions have past experience with other cooperation projects that constitutes the basis on which this new initiative has been developed.
